By accessing or using the ConferencePulse platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

ConferencePulse provides tools for managing conference signage, agendas, and event communications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.

• Pricing: Service fees are based on your selected plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice.
• Stripe Payments: All billing is processed through Stripe. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.
• Refunds: Except as required by law, all fees paid are non-refundable.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity/security of the platform.
• Exceed the limits of your subscription plan through systematic circumvention.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConferencePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
